Women in the Round
They're pretty and they smell nice, yes, but should they be exempt from buying a round? There is no hard and fast rule here. In a date situation, it depends both on the man and the woman to come to an agreement (usually through quiet grunts and small twitches of various muscles, rather than any verbal discussion). In a larger group of people there is no reason that men and women should be treated any differently.
